My customer uses the LMV824MX/NOPB.
Can you please tell me about the aging of the offset Vos of the LMV824-N?
- Up to 10 years.
- LMV824MX/NOPB

If there is no data, it is fine to expect a change in VOS in general.

Hello Koshi-san,

For parameters centered around a mean (like zero), such as VOS, we specify a 10 year drift of 100% of the datasheet maximum value.

So the LMV824

So room temp 10yr drift would be 7mV, or 8mV over temperature.
