It depends...This is a high volume device that has several assembly sites. Right now the die can be from either China or USA. In the future, it should all be USA.

The PCN#1 die is from China (CCO = CHN) , and is assembled in Mexico (ACO = MEX). Though there are multiple assembly sites, this is the most popular flow.

The new and future TiB die (PCN#2) will be from USA (CSO:RFB CCO:USA) and the Assembly site (ACO) can be MEX or MYS.
