TLV1872: Dynamic power consumption

May I also ask if the dynamic power is calculated using source/sink current instead? I want to calculate how much power this IC draws

I am pretty much confused with this 

Does this affect the power consumption of the IC if this IC has a separate power rail? My input VCCI is 14V and I am connecting 3.3V to my VCCO for the pushpull output

In general, when you have a level shifter, compute the power consumption for the two supplies separately.

But the TLV1872 datasheet does not specify separate values. Use 14 V for the static and dynamic power consumption, and 3.3 V for the loads.

Do you happen to know the Cpd of TLV1872? i do not see it in the datasheet. Or when I am calculating do I need to make any assumptions for the tlv1972 effective load capacitance value to calculate the Cpd of the IC

This is not specfied for comparators because it's usually negligible compared to the static power consumption. Assume less than 20 pF.

This device contains many transistors. What exactly do you mean with source/drain current?

The DC output current is computed with the resistive load.
