I am looking for a replacement for UPC393C-A/JM (DIP), The cross reference tool picks out LM393AP.
UPC393C-A/JM supports temperatures up to +85C, but LM393AP only supports up to 70C.
Does LM393AP support temperatures up to +105C?
Can you suggest a good product? Is LM293P a suitable replacement?
