INA241A: Distortion seen when INA241 powered by 3.3V and sensed input PWM at >8V

Part Number: INA241A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMCS1133

Tool/software:

I am using the INA241 to measure the current at the output of a filterless class D amplifier circuit. When the INA241 is powered by 3.3V Vref @ 1.65V and the class D amp set to >8V PWM I see the distortion seen in the attached screenshot. When I change the current sense power voltage to 5V this distortion goes away. The part is specified from 2.7V - 20V and I see no indication in the datasheet as to why this would happen?
