OPA2317-Q1: Change on the lead-frame finish to rough surface

No, we did not get any PCN, and that is part of the problem, we did not receive any formal notification about this change
When we complained about some units with tarnish color in the leads, we received this presentation.
Please take a look at it and let ne know your thoughts.

I don't believe the presentation you mentioned got attached properly to the post.  Please try and reattach and also provide the exact orderable part number so we can verify the PCN status.  Many of us will be on holiday break for the rest of the week but we will review once we return on Monday.
