INA128: Customer not seeing part Lot code + Date code within part's topside marking -- needs help to see 'the link'

Happy Friday (still);
We are one of your authorized distributors (Mouser) and so have a customer
who ordered 488pcs of this instrumentation amplifier part number INA128UA
and think there may be an issue. They ordered them on Mouser Inv# 83435897
on 6/23/25 using Mouser PO# 029-6N842 with Lot code 3875184ML3 and Date
code 2346 (YYWW) and seem to be concerned that the Lot code & Date code
are not readily matching the part's topside marks (please see the marks pasted
below; also, please see the attached image at bottom). The customer needs to
know how the Lot & Date codes can be found within the topside marks (?). The
customer's comments are pasted below for your team's review.

3BAS16 (*)

*last 'S' may be an '8'

Can you help us? Can you tell us the link between the Lot + Date codes and the
part's topside marks? Could there be a mismatch with the customer's parts?
