I am using a TXU0104PWR. I am using it to convert the level of a BUS communication line, and when I checked the waveform, I found that some parts were below -0.5V due to noise.
This is outside the range of 7.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings in the datasheet, but
it states "(2) The input voltage and output negative-voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output current ratings are observed."
The current does not reach -20mA, so it is within the range, so is it okay to use it this way?
