We designed a pressure transmitter using PGA309 and XTR117. The output has noise of magnitude 0.03 ma. I followed the TI design circuit. please help me.

Thanks for posting on e2e! Is this the application note you are referencing: Using the XTR115 with the PGA309 to Generate 4mA to 20mA Output (Rev. B)?
If not, could you please link the TI design circuit?

Here is the EVM schematic, please let me know your configuration and I will try to recreate the results you are receiving on your end: PGA309EVM-USB Schematic

Please also include Vin_Low and Vin_High, and expected Vout_Lo and Vout_High.
