Thank you and I did that. I was told they are unable to change my email. Does this seem strange to you? I was told I had to create a new account which mean I would lose all my points.

Hello Joe,

You cannot change your email address within E2E, but you should be able to change your email address from the MyTI Settings:

When you click on Email Settings it will send a validation code to my old email address which is no longer working. There's gotta be a way for someone to update my address.
