Hi 

We are looking for high speed voltage comparator with below specification for new project. We have checked LMH7324 but it is with RSPECL output and not suitable for our application.

Can you please suggest suitable part for this application. If not available, can you please suggest any solution.

The part specs -

1. Output Type - TTL/CMOS - Single ended (Max up to 3.3V)

2. Power Supply - Dual Supply  Input Supply (≥ 5.5V), Output Supply (≥3.3V)

3. Propagation Delay -  ≤ 700ps

4. Input Signal frequency -  Up to 100 MHz  (Pulsed Input -  0V to 5V)

5. Rise/Fall time -  ≤ 1ns

    Hello Ishwar,

    We do not have any sub-nanosecond comparators with a full-swing push-pull output. At that those speeds, the outputs are going to be either LVDS or ECL/CML differential.

    Swinging volts in sub-nanosecond times becomes difficult (i=c*dv/dt). Reduced swing outputs are preferred.

    The closest you would get is the TLV3601 family at 2.5ns prop delay. None of the P-P output have separate supplies at these speeds, so you would have to attenuate the output (simple resistor divider), or, attenuate the input and use a 3.3V supply.

    What is the application? At these input levels, a simple logic gate may be more appropriate.
