You can use this tool to put in your system parameters and estimate system error. Please note that not all possible error sources are considered in this tool, but it does clearly state which error sources it is using.

Sorry, we do not spec that at 25°C only. However, the power result is a product of the VSHUNT measurement and VBUS measurement, so you can look at the errors for those individually to see what to expect for the Power calculation. 

If you are doing a gain calibration by adjusting the SHUNT_CAL value using a calibrated resistor value for the calculation, then this calibration will also calibrate the Power result. If you are doing your calibration by post processing the shunt or bus voltages, then you would need to apply that calibration manually to the Power result as well.
