INA745A: Difference between the part numbers

Part Number: INA745A

Tool/software:

Dear Team,

Please let us know the difference between PINA745AIRELR and INA745BIRELR, since PINA745AIRELR part is not available to order can we use INA745BIRELR as alternate for the other mentioned part.

Regards,
Kaushal

  • The "P" prefix indicates a preview device, i.e., a device that is intended only for testing, and might not yet conform to the specifications of the final device. Use the actual device, i.e., INA745BIRELR.

  • Kaushal,

Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.

Due to the U.S. holiday on July 4, we are currently out of the office. Someone will reply when we return on Monday, July 7.

    Thank you for your patience.

  • Hello Kaushal,

Clemens is correct, and the preview version is no longer available since this device has released.

    Regards,

    Mitch

  • Hey Kaushal,

I just noticed that you were referring to the A vs B version of the device. The A version is higher accuracy than the B version, so if your system requires the A version, then you will want to wait for it to be back in stock. The A version is still in Preview, so it will still have the "P" if you order before it is fully released.

Functionally, these devices are fully compatible, but A is more accurate.

    Regards,

    Mitch
