Hi All,

The MSL level is different depending on whether or not G4 is included.
Since they are the same IC, I don't think there is any difference, but is this a typo?
If they are different, please tell me the reason.

The TLV9062IDGKR is made at mutiple assembly sites, with different lead finishes and MSLs. The MSL shown in the table is only the worst case; you might actually get devices with MSL 1.

In the Quality, reliability & packaging data download for TLV9062IDGKR, it says Level-1-260C-UNLIM.
Which is correct, this or Level-2-260C-1 YEAR?

The value is correct for the selected assembly site.

If you select the "EXT MFG" in the assembly site in the upper right, you will see the MSL change. The Malacca assembly site is Level 1.

The MSL listed on combined tables (such as the datasheet) will be worst case (Level 2).

Whatever MSL level is shown on the box/reel is the actual MSL for that batch and should be followed as much older material from Malacca may be Level 2.

We would recommend you treat the material as Level 2.
