I am looking for material data sheets for the mold and mount compounds used for part number INA128U. PCN#20220802000 indicates the following mold and mount compounds:
Mold Compound: 4209640 & 4226323
Mount Compound: 4205846 & 4147858
My materials team needs the material data sheets for these compounds to evaluate risk in our design. Would you please provide them or help me understand how they can be requested?
We used to be able to put in a support request for this information but I cannot find that functionality on the website anymore.
