OPA191IDR - no intentional PFOS/PFOA chemical class and comply to the environmental regulation.
PFAS refers to a large group of synthetic fluorinated chemicals characterized with C-F bonds, which were widely used in semiconductor industry and process chemistry, includes FPOA, PFOS chemical class and polyfluoroalkyl substance etc.. Due to cancer, hormone disruption, immune system suppression and health risks in human and animals, the similar class of chemical substances are banned in recent years (by USA (EPA, state regulations etc.), European union (REACH regulation and others) and China (highly regulated and usages are strictly controlled) etc.).
