because IMON will provide a constant current source so they need a resistor to produce voltage for AMP reference.

The circuit looks fine. Just make sure in your calculation you account for the fact that some of the difference between PSU1 and PSU2 currents would flow thru two 10k resistors. That’s what makes it a summing amplifier.
