Hi Viola,

Usually this is on the labels. Some devices are fabed/assembled in different sites/countries, so you could receive either.

This device is FABed in Japan and A/T in Malacca.

In case you were not aware, TI now has specialized manufacturing flows to avoid tariffs. These are the ".A" and ".B" part numbers.
