TLV9062: CMRR issue of TLV9062

Part Number: TLV9062

Tool/software:

Hi,

Recently, i need calculate Vos_cmrr.

Reviewing the specifications, it is found that the difference in Vcm leads to a particularly large difference in CMRR parameters.

The figure is shown below. I want to know if this data is correct.

The values of CMRR vary greatly and the trend of temperature variation is different

  • Hello Eric,

The input voltage range strongly affects the CMRR performance. VCM limited to (V+)- 1.4V is much better as seen in the lower chart; it uses just one set of input transistors.

Including VCM up to (V+)+0.1 is not as good because both the lower range PMOS and high range NMOS input transistors are used.
