Hi, I downloaded the PSPICE simulation models of INA190-Q1 and they do not work, they have floating nodes, is there a solution for this? Thank you very much in advance.

I believe the issue here is that you do not have the load grounded in the simulation. The internals of the model need a ground reference to set the common mode of the input to calculate its operating point. I am assuming you want R1 to act as your load here and have the INA190 on the low side. Can you try placing a ground reference on the negative side of the supply (IN-) and try running the simulation again?
