Could you please attach a schematic? Additionally, what power are you supplying to INA826? Please provide both the voltage value and what is supplying this voltage (DC/DC, Power supply, etc)
Additionally, your transfer function will be Vo=(VIN+ - VIN-)*20 + Vref
You may check if your expected output is in the correct linear range using the analog engineer's calculator.
