I have customer that is having issue:
We received an order of 50 boards on PO 502469. 30 on 6/27 and 20 on 6/30. As we began testing these boards we found a problem with U12 part number XTR110KP. It is a 4-20mA output device and doesn't pass our test specs. We replaced the devices on 3 different boards with parts from our stock and all were fixed. The photo below shows 2 of the bad parts and 1 of our parts in stock that work. When we discover an issue like this, what is the protocol to get them repaired? I know you folks don't test the boards, but I don't know the protocol. Also, we have 50 more boards on order on PO 502589 and we definitely do not want these MFR/Data code parts put into this next batch. Please let me know how to move forward and thank you.
