I have on my board a LMK05318B.
Can I use the USB2ANY to connect the LMK05318B on I2C, using TISC Pro?
And if not, what are my options?

If you can connect an external USB2ANY (or for that matter, the I2C lines of a USB2ANY-equivalent circuit on an EVM) to the I2C lines on your board, you should be able to communicate with the LMK05318B as though it were an EVM. Some features such as GPIO will not be available, but register communication should work fine.
If you have an external USB2ANY, and the standard 10-pin or 30-pin connector, you can connect the pins labeled in blue to your board. The first image shows the connection if you wire to the connector; the second shows the connection from a USB2ANY box without any wires connected.
