TLV9002: Schematic Review for insulation monitor

Hi,

Can you please help review the sensing circuit for TLV9002 on pg 2 of the schematic? This is for an insulation monitor ref design.

The HV input range is -1kV to 0V for the negative side, 0V to 1kV for the positive side, and ADC VREF is 3.3V.

btw, i found a mistake in the schematic. the power and gnd pins connection for tlv were wrong :/

Apologies for missing this. Our discussions were so deeply focused on the insulation monitoring application that the flipped op amp pin out was missed.
