Tool/software:
Currently I am using OPA376 and OPA2383 with 0/5V power. Those performances were good. But to extend perfoamances, I need to get 0mV output for both.
I am looking OP-AMPs having +/-5V power supply with same performances of 376/2383 or -1/5V power to get 0mV output. I am really care offset voltage.
I appreciate if you could provide information or advise.

You can continue o use OPA376/OPA2283, but you would need need to have Vee below GND. If you are able to connect Vee to -0.231Vdc using LM7705, a switched capacitor voltage inverter (capacitor charge pump), you should be ok, and still maintain Vs = (Vcc - Vee) < 5.5Vdc, if Vcc = 5Vdc.
TI has a few other low noise switchers that can convert +5Vdc to negative rails, such as LM2776, LM27761 etc.

If you want to use +/-5Vdc precision op amps, here are the options. OPA2196 or OPA2197 and many others. Search for Rail to Rail op amps with In to V- and Out option in the parametric search list.
