Currently there is a licensing issue with Cadence for PSpice for TI that we are urgently working to get fixed. This is affecting all users of PSpice for TI (even us, internally).

Hello Edgar,

This should be resolved. If you still see licensing issues when opening PSpice for TI, re-installing has fixed it on my end.
