My application needs the TRF1208 storage temperature down to -55C. Can you please let me know what failure modes I will experience with it? Does the die attach fall down or solder joint break? Have you ever tested the device down to -55C for a storage? Please share data if you did.
If you have alternative parts that go down to -55C, please recommend.
