I see the E2E thread below, that this is manufactured by TI based on Carrie's comments. The suffix -JF is a traceability code.
LM2904DR is SOIC-8 standard package.
BTW, LM2904XX parts have issued PCN in recently years. If you see that the post-PCN did not perform identically or check out with pre-PCN LM2904DR, this is not surprising. This is due to the new FAB process and it is known among customers.
