I request anybody to please provide with the spice model files for the above mentioned component.I would be requiring it for a project for designing a dying gasp.

Hello Simhadri,

The PSPICE model ZIP files have the symbols for Allegro/Cadence. We do not provide symbols for other simulators as there are just too many to support. We only directly support TINA or Cadence.

The Ultra Librarian can generate symbols for several packages. You will need to associate the SPICE model nodes according to your simulation packages instructions.

The Ultra Librarian packages are available in the "Design and Development" section of the product page. Because they contain PCB footprints and actual pin numbers, you will need to select the package for the actual physical package you will be using.
