We have purchases the part TLC274IDR and after recieving the goods, we found that we recieved two different type of etiquettes (one where mentioned the same PN with REV A and a second where mentioned the same PN with Rev F . We need to understand the difference between REV A and REV F

Hello,

I assume your two different devices have two different "CSO" options as well; this is because there is a new die that comes from a modern fabrication facility. There has been a PCN regarding this device that announces the change of the die as it has moved to a different fab, this occurred in 2022 however new devices would only start shipping in 2023. The PCN number is:
