Tool/software:

How can i get more information regarding these tests for Mil/Space grade parts for the said part number. If so are there additional costs incurred by us from Texas Instruments to attain these information and certifcations.

    Hello,

    The INA901-SP will ship with a test report for the part shipped. All of these tests are performed per MIL-PRF-38535, the Department of Defense's specification for QML microcircuits. The specific test requirements are described in detail in various DoD documents, including MIL-STD-883. The internal inspection test method for class V devices (like the INA901-SP) is specified in TM 2010, condition A.
