Please confirm whether the parameter "digital leakage input current", with typical 1µA, corresponds to the leakage current in the CMPREF pin. If so, could you please confirm whether most of this current is due to the input protection on the pin (diode)? Could you share a more detailed block diagram of the input structure? Could you please comment on the difference to the IN+/IN- pin, which are 80µA?

This current refers to the leakage on the RESET pin, and like you mentioned, it is mainly due to the input protection diodes. Please note that under operation, the current will likely be much lower, on the order of pA.
Could you share a more detailed block diagram of the input structure?
Unfortunately, we don't have any preexisting diagrams to share.
Could you please comment on the difference to the IN+/IN- pin, which are 80µA?
This is the input bias current, it's inherent to the amplifier device (not the comparator), when the common-mode voltage exceeds Vs, input bias current will rise as shown in the figure below:
