Tool/software:
Hello, I designed a TIA Circuit with 80dB gain with LMH6629 op-amp. But, I see oscillations at the output in the PCB at the output. Can anyone tell ne what can be the reason? Is it a circuit design issue or PCB design issue?

Hi Ratul,
While testing what photodiode you used. Can you tell the paracitic capacitance or model of the photodiode?
Please note that this device is not a unity gain stable, so you need to consider the paracitic capacitance of the photodiode while checking for stability and accordingly you have to put proper feedback capacitance to make it stable..

I won''t use it for photodiode application. I will use it with a resonator. I can think of it as roughly 20pF.
Hello Ratul,
With your input capacitance value, you will have to increase your feedback capacitance value a bit more. Would you be able to test out with a feedback capacitance of around 0.5pF or 1pF instead of 0.1pF?
Thank you,
Sima
