Regarding the wire bond, this is not a transition from gold wire to copper but rather an additional assembly. The PCN states that ONLY the parts assembled in MALAYSIA are having copper to copper die to die wire bond, but this lot is having copper to copper but the COO is TW?
DC2446 & DC2520 are assembled in TW. Why is the difference if they are all manufactured from TW?
