Hello all,
I am planning to use LM2901M device in my design...the device is rated for -40 to 85 deg C....but i am expecting an higher ambient temperature of up 90 deg C.....I want to know if there is any information on the derating of the MTBF with continuous use at this temperature....if i have to use this device what tests I should do to ensure that it does not fail...
