XTR111-2EVM: It is still not working

Part Number: XTR111-2EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: XTR111

Tool/software:

AC220V outputs AC24V through a power frequency transformer and converts it to DC24V through a rectifier bridge, isolating the DCDC and outputting CPU voltage. The CPU outputs dac0-3.30v 50hz communication encoding waveform, inputs xtr111, and xtr111 outputs 0-20mA, which is connected to ac24 positive through cbb capacitor, and then returns ac220v through power frequency transformer to report communication encoding information. The AC24 load is 600mA. In communication, this principle of connection feels no change. Has it been submerged. The solution chip is still not working.

  • Hello,

Could you clarify if you are using the XTR111 EVM for this testing? If not, could you describe how you have the XTR111 configured and provide a schematic.

Also is the 600mA output current when the input is 0V or 3.3V?

    Regards,
    Ashley

  • Testing using the development version. The input terminal has a 50Hz0-3.3V waveform. Short circuit J2 to match the input waveform. Disconnect J2 to measure the voltage level at 24V and connect a 10 Ω 5W resistor to the outside. The waveform changes to 0.2V. Even with a current probe, the current cannot be measured.

  • Hello,

Are you measuring at Vout at the bottom of the board when you measure the voltage output?

Also did you change your Rset resistor? Or is it the default 2.49k?

    Regards,
    Ashley
