Tool/software:
I am observing 40ma current when the circuit is powered by 24V DC
This is observed under following conditions: U3= XTR116, Q1= FCX690D
R6=100K, R11 =250Ohms, R5=R11=0 ohm,
Capacitor end of R8 is grounded, ESD protection norms followed.
3 times IC changed results are same
I am expecting 4ma current but in reality, it is 40ma.
Please explain how to resolve the situation
