Is it acceptable for such defects to appear during production?

- differences in marking style with the same date/batch code, color change and plaque on terminals, damage to terminals.

Hi Joe,

We purchased these parts from Mouser last month.

Are such defects allowed, and how to they affect the products functionality? Is it acceptable to have a difference in labeling style?

Hello Kate,

I spoke with our quality team and here is their response:

"Scratches and some indents are allowed to a certain length/depth.

The most important thing is that your customer is able to reflow the parts - if that is okay, then it is safe to use."
