Tool/software:
We have TI USB2ANY kit (HPA665-001) with its 10-pin cable, which matches to HTST-105-01-H-DV connector, we need to connect to ESHF-105-01-L-D-SM connector on the test board. What is the best way to solve this problem?

If you're in a hurry, consider a $3 breakout board (optionally + $3 cable) such as https://www.adafruit.com/product/2743. It should be straightforward to jumper such a breakout board to the USB2ANY.
If you're really in a hurry, skip the breakout board and solder some wires.
If you need a long-term or higher-volume option, consider asking someone like Samtec who does cable assembly - they may have a better idea.
