Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1H103-SP, , LM111

The comparator I am looking at is the TLV1H103-SEP that is radiation rated for 30krad. I tried searching for -SP part (TLV1H103-SP) to see if there was a 100krad part available which I did not see.
1.) Is there a higher rated krad variation of this part that I a missing?
2.) Is there a similar part that is recommended that is radiation hardened? (RAD HARD)
