If you search for current sense amplifiers on ti.com you can find an overview of our products and their VCM range as shown in the image below.

The analog CSAs can handle up to +120V, it is harder to achieve the negative -100V you need. In this case I would recommend looking at our Hall-effect current sensors. These have high ± voltage isolation. I would recommend looking at that catalog linked above to see if any of those devices might fit your needs.
