As far as I'm aware, no such file exists. I can provide you with the gerbers for the board, from which you can find mounting holes or other relevant structures (see file below).

The original enclosure was a Serpac C10 Pocket Enclosure with custom holes for the 30-pin header, the USB, and the BSL button. I believe the vendor has case models and a circuit board DXF.

we could extract a dxf-File out of it and with that I made a simple 3D of the pcb.
