UA733: Request for SPICE Models – UA733CDR

Hello TI Team,

I’m currently working on a simulation in LT Spice and would like to request SPICE (PSpice) models for the following TI components:

UA733CDR – Video Amplifier
CD4011UBM96 – CMOS Quad 2-Input NAND Gate
CD4536BDWR – CMOS Programmable Timer

Could you please confirm whether SPICE models exist for these devices, or suggest equivalent models for simulation purposes?

Hi Aruna,

Unfortunately, we do not have a model for this device. It is a very old device that is obsoleted and there is no great replacement for this device as it has a very unique archtecture. Although not a direct replacement you could consider the OPA2675 or maybe a device such as the OPA2354.

Hi Aruna,

I was not able to find Pspice models for these devices on their product pages. However, I would create two separate e2es highlighting these parts so that the appropriate team can get them to confirm that they don't have any models with these devices.
