Part Number: LM7171

Tool/software:

Customer is looking for -55 or lower storage temp for LM7171AIMX/NOPB. The spec is not in the datasheet. Can this device have a storage temp of -55C or lower?

If NO, then is there a newer alternate device that can do the same function?
