INA229: How to connect VBUS, INA+ and INA- to measure only precise +28V, no current sensing, no shunt?

Tool/software:

I would like to measure precise +28V from my output test points. I dont have any current sensing and shunt. So, how to connect VBUS, INA+ and INA- ?
