I want to amplify a sine wave in the range of 10~800 MHz. I hope for a gain of 10 dB. Is it possible to use RF = 150Ω and RG = 240Ω? Please tell me the problems with usage where gain << 1 V/V.

Hi,
I would not recommend operating the power amplifier stage at a gain lower than 1.5V/V as it will likely result in an unstable amplifier. For higher Vpp voltages it is recommended to keep the gain at 2.5V/V or above. You could consider an attenuation network using resistors at the output as an option.
