Hope you’re doing well. This is Sanjana Renganatha Desigan from Quantum Circuits, Inc. We are currently designing an RF front end and need advice for connectorized amplifiers that meet the requirements below:
- Frequency range: 8.0 – 9.5 GHz.
- Gain: ideally 26–30 dB per amplifier.
- Output P1dB: ≥ 24 dBm.
- The total gain of this RF channel should be 50 dB at least. So, it would be great if you could even recommend 2 to 3 amplifiers to achieve this total gain.
- Connectorized only (SMA or evaluation boards with SMA connectors on both ends).
- Supply voltage for these amplifiers must be 5v or 12V.
Since we need parts immediately for testing, could you please list any options that are currently in stock (no lead time)?
