            Currently, we are looking for the dropin alternate of old discontinued Motorola Part MC3302P

This is Quad Comparator ±15V/30V 14-Pin PDIP

 

Let me know your nearest alternate suggestions which can fit on the same footprint. Attaching datasheet link for your reference.

Although i found TI part LM3302N as nearest replacement but want to hear from TI whether other customer use this as direct dropin replacement ?

    Hello Fahad,

    The LM3302 is a member of the LM339/LM2901 family. It extends the temp range to -40°, but has poor offset.

    Please see the LM339/LM2901 family.

    The immediate recommendation is the LM2901, which has -40°C operation and DIP package.

    Please note that the DIP package limits your replacement selections. At your next board revision, you may wish to switch to the SOIC or TSSOP package for more replacement options.
