INA700: quiescent current

Hello,

Our customer has a question about INA700 quiescent current of

1) Could you tell us the quiescent current test condition ? Although I am understadning INA700 Iq test condition below, please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.

2) Even though the datasheet soecify 700uA max at Ta=25C, are there any operating condition that the quiescent current goes higher than 700uA max ? I am thinking that Iq is going to increased by VS going higher e.g. VS=5.5V. Please let us know, if there are any operating condition of Iq increasing higher than 700uA max.

    Hello,

    Yes, you understand the Iq test conditions correctly.

    The Iq will change according to the typical plots in the datasheet:

    The Iq is mostly flat over the supply range. The device will display increased Iq over temperature, which is specified in the next row of the datasheet as 1.1 mA max.
