We are trying to evaluate with BQ79826Q1 EVM.
BQ79826Q1 EVM GUI shows the following error when it is opened.
Followed these steps mentioned in the GUI manual to upgrade the firmware of USB2NAY but was not successful.
Please help to solve this issue.
